The inspirational documentary account of one man’s pioneering spirit, unswerving tenacity and endless passion, McLaren is the untold story of an F1 legend

The inspirational story of Bruce McLaren, the founder of the 20-time F1 world champions, is to be released in cinemas.

The 90-minute documentary, simply titled 'McLaren', will be in cinemas Thursday, May 25 and on Blu-Ray, DVD and digital platforms from Monday, May 29.

The film, by Roger Donaldson, tells the story of the New Zealander who built the McLaren team which rose to dominate Formula 1 and become one of the most renowned outfits in motorsport.

The film debuted last month at the Australian GP when a select assembly from the media, including Sky F1's David Croft, were treated to a preview broadcast.
