Sky F1's guest for the Japan GP weekend is World Champion Nico Rosberg and he joins Ant Davidson at the Skypad to review Lewis Hamilton's Suzuka pole.

Nico Rosberg joined Anthony Davidson at the SkyPad to analyse Lewis Hamilton's pole lap as the reigning world champion made his Sky F1 debut at the Japanese GP.

Hamilton smashed the Suzuka track record in Q3 and finished almost half a second clear of championship rival Sebastian Vettel, who will start the race behind him on the front row after Valtteri Bottas' grid penalty.

And Rosberg, who has taken pole in Japan in the previous three years ahead of Hamilton before retiring from the sport in 2016, delivered his expert opinion on his former Mercedes team-mate's dominant display.

Watching both Hamilton and Vettel's final flying laps side by side, Rosberg claimed the Briton was "one of the best of all-time" after he smashed the track record to take a first Suzuka pole.
