Sky Sports F1's William Esler goes behind the scenes at Williams, winners of the 2016 DHL fastest pitstop award, as they train for the new F1 season.

We go behind the scenes at Williams, winners of the 2016 DHL fastest pitstop award, as the team begin training for the new season.

Williams dominated the award last year with the quickest pitstop at 14 of the 21 races, including a miraculous 1.92-second stop at the European GP in Baku.

Sky Sports F1's William Esler joined the team at their Grove base where Gemma Fisher, head of health and wellbeing and human performance, was putting the team through their paces in the gym.

Fisher explains what goes into creating her training plans and how she has had to alter the programme to deal with the heavier Pirelli tyres in 2017.

Ed Smith and Andy McMillan, two of the men responsible for getting the wheels onto and off the car as quickly as possible, were also on hand to discuss their roles, the motivation to beat other teams and what it means to win the DHL fastest pitstop award.
