Bignall returns to Reading

On-loan Reading striker Nicholas Bignall has returned to his parent club after injury cut short his stay at Wycombe.
Bignall sustained the injury during his debut last week against Charlton, and the 21-year-old has been forced to go back to the Madejski Stadium just 10 days after joining the League One club. "I think he could be out for a little while, he may even need an operation," Wanderers boss Gary Waddock told the Bucks Free Press. "It's unfortunate for him because he wanted games and we were looking for a centre forward for some time. We wish him well and hopefully he makes a speedy recovery."
