Ting signs pro deal with Alex

Crewe Alexandra's teenage defender Danny Ting has signed a professional contract with the League Two outfit.
The 18-year-old, who can play at centre-half or left-back, has put pen to paper on a one-year deal. Ting has been a regular in the Alex youth team for the past two years and this season helped them to reach the FA Youth Cup fifth round, where they were beaten by Leeds on penalties. He follows fellow academy products Ollie Turton, Harry Clayton, Michael Koral, Andy White and Jason Oswell in signing professional terms at Gresty Road.
