Burton Albion boss Paul Peschisolido has challenged Brewers midfielder Jacques Maghoma to be more consistent.
The midfielder was instrumental in Albion's 3-1 home victory over Southend on Saturday, scoring the opening goal. Peschisolido wants the 23-year-old to produce that kind of man of the match performance on a regular basis. He said: "Jacques was superb. That's two games in a row now and we have given him a challenge to keep that going. "On his day he is unplayable but he has to be on his day every week."
