Jordan Spieth five shots back at storm-hit Singapore Open

World No 1 Jordan Spieth managed only six holes as storms ended play early on day two of the Singapore Open.
Spieth was level par for the day when proceedings were halted just after 3pm, with a second-hole birdie cancelled out by a dropped shot at the fifth to keep the 22-year-old on four under.
The Masters and US Open champion, playing his fifth tournament in as many countries, finds himself five strokes adrift of Young-Han Song after the Korean surged up the leaderboard with a birdie-filled 63 at Sentosa Golf Club.
Song, who is still searching for a maiden professional victory, made a fast start by following back-to-back gains with an eagle-three at the fourth on his way to a front-nine 30.
Successive gains from the 10th were halted by a sole blemish at the 12th, before a seventh birdie of the round at the 16th moved him two clear of nearest challenger Shintaro Kobayashi.
"It was a superb round and I really have to thank my excellent putting for putting me in this position," Song said. "The goal is to win the tournament this week.

"For now I just want to take a good rest before I come back again and hopefully play well like I did today."
Kobayashi was forced to come back on Friday morning to finish his first round after lightning had brought an end to the opening day, but the Japanese player showed no sign of fatigue by closing at three-under 69.
"I didn't feel tired at all today," he said. "Maybe because it was cool in the morning and it only started to get a little hot and humid as the day went on.
"I feel comfortable on this course and if I continue to play the way I have done then anything can happen."
BMW PGA Champion Byeong Hun An is alongside Kobayashi on seven under but could only complete seven holes before play was suspended, with overnight pacesetter Keith Horne in a tie for fourth having finished his second round level par.
Jamie Donaldson will miss the cut after a quadruple bogey at the third and a double bogey at the sixth saw the Welshman close with a second-nine 42 to end the day at seven over par.
