Dominic Breazeale says eight years of graft will pay off on Saturday when he takes on Anthony Joshua in his own "Super Bowl" at The O2.

Breazeale will enter the ring to challenge for Joshua's IBF heavyweight title as a huge underdog despite a 17-fight unbeaten record, one better than the champion's.

But the American insists he is wearing the outsider tag well as he prepares for the biggest night of his career, live on Sky Sports Box Office - 36 minutes that represent the climax to years of unglamorous slogging in the gym and out on the road.

"I came across the pond to get my belt and take it back home with me," Breazeale told Sky Sports News HQ moments after facing off with Joshua in front of hundreds of onlookers at Sky studios.

"It means everything. It'd be the last eight hard years: from the road work to the strength conditioning to the sparring; getting in there with experienced guys when I was young; eating right and sleeping right.

"It's everything piled up into one. It's my Super Bowl."

Asked how it feels to be entering Joshua's "jungle" he said: "It feels great. It's rare I'm on the other side of the table.

"Most times I've got guys talking to me saying 'I'm coming to get you'. Finally in my career I feel real good to be the one saying 'Hey, I'm coming to get you. You've got everything to lose and I've got everything to win'."

And Breazele has promised the champ he has all the tools to ensure The O2 no longer feels like home when the first bell goes.

"I've got a ton of things," he said. "I've got a big right hand, I've got a big left hook, I stand 6ft 7in and I'm 255lbs. I'm unorthodox, I'm a guy that can fight on the inside, I'm a guy that can take a punch and a guy that can give a punch.

"Any one of those given things shows up on Saturday night, I'm getting a knockout for sure."
