Wladimir Klitschko claims to have seen signs of 'reality coming' to Tyson Fury ahead of Saturday's world title fight.

The 39-year-old WBA Super, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion was typically calm at Tuesday's press conference and was unsurprised by Fury adopting a less outrageous approach to the one he took in London.

Klitschko told Sky Sports: "It's the calm before the storm and we have another two events - the open workout and the weigh-in. Then we have the fight and that's the cherry on the cake.

"It's a good sign. It shows he's focused and going to face a challenge even if he says I'm old, slow or whatever the comment was. Reality is little by little coming to him. It'll happen especially on Saturday when we face each other in the ring.

"It's good he's nervous. I'm nervous too. I'm nervous before every fight. I know what to expect but to be nervous is to be alert.

"I know the schedule. Things are pretty much repeating. There always additions that you never expect as you have seen from history. I'm calm and waiting for my chance on Saturday night. Then I'll be more in action than I am now.

"I can't judge how he feels. He seems very motivated. He's goofy as he always is. I'm expecting from every opponent to be better than they usually are because this is the chance of their life - to fight for all the titles with a big champion.

"It's not about how much is going to be said, commentated and all the nonsense in press conferences. It's going to be fought in the ring on Saturday night and that's what counts. That's why we are actually here."

The main news from the Dusseldorf press conference was the continuing row over the gloves used for the bout, as Klitschko's manager Bernd Boente and Fury's counterpart Mick Hennessy blamed each other.
