Kadeen Corbin insists Team Bath are ready to provide a shock and defeat regular season leaders Wasps in the Vitality Superleague semi-finals on Saturday.

After five months of netball action the destination of the Superleague title will be decided over the next two weekends and Corbin believes her side are well equipped to topple the defending champions, with both last-four matches live on Sky Sports Mix.

Corbin says there are areas in their opposition's game which they have highlighted and will seek to take advantage of with a place in the Grand Final at the Copper Box on offer.

They are a good team but we are strong as well and will put in a challenge to make sure the semi-finals doesn't just go one way.

"They are a really experienced side and I wouldn't give any faults about them but there are things that we can break down," Corbin told Sky Sports.

Bath lost both their matches against Wasps in the regular league campaign but Corbin, part of England's Commonwealth Games gold medal-winning squad, believes they are ready for the challenge despite going into the encounter on the back of a three-match losing run.

"We can only try and put our best foot forward in the semi-final and we have learnt so much through the last couple of games and how we can take something from those losses," she said.

"We have been doing the same preparation as normal, we have looked at video to see what we can keep doing that has been going well or what we can tweak for the semi-final.

"On Saturday it will be about how we stick with them for the entire game, avoiding a big deficit or even for us to be up with a good lead. It is all about how we perform as a team."

Bath, who lost to last season's table-toppers Loughborough Lightning in the semi-finals, will be hopeful of using the big stage experience to their benefit this time

"We have really good attacking units - no matter what combination goes out it is a great link," Corbin added.

"I think what will be important is that we have a full court defence/attack, just making sure that we are sticking as a seven and a 12 on the court.

"We need to stop those quick and long balls that Wasps like to do. It is about hunting all balls down and challenging everything. We can't allow them to put the ball through.

"We want them to have a challenge through the entire game and that is what we have been practising this week."

Wasps suffered only two defeats all season and are favourites to retain their title and Corbin is in no doubt about why they have proved such a formidable force.

Corbin said: "That team has been together for how many years?!

"They have still got a good side and they know each other's strengths and weaknesses whereas other teams have seen other people come in and out and have to regain that experience again."

It's all eyes on the semi-finals and Grand Final as the 2018 campaign reaches its dramatic conclusion over the next two weeks, all on Sky Sports Mix, channel 121, which is free for all Sky customers.

Both of Saturday's semi-finals are live from 5.30pm with centre-pass in Wasps v Team Bath at 5:45pm followed by Loughborough Lightning v Manchester Thunder.
