Ahead of the Superleague semi-finals, we look back at when Pamela Cookey gave a masterclass in the step-change dodge.
Cookey was still playing for Team Bath when she received a visit from Sky Sports expert Tamsin Greenway and the former England duo gave a demonstration on how to lose a defensive marker.
This subtle movement is expertly shown by Cookey, allowing an attacker to create space in the percentage shooting areas.
Cookey has since joined Surrey Storm and will line-up for the reigning champions in their Vitality Netball Superleague semi-final against Hertfordshire Mavericks on Saturday.
In Saturday's other semi-final, top-placed Manchester Thunder will take on Team Bath, with both matches being shown live on Sky Sports.
