Tamsin Greenway, George Fisher and Mikki Austin explain

Tamsin Greenway, George Fisher and Mikki Austin explain what to expect in the world’s most exciting form of netball, the British Fast5 All-Stars Championship.

Fast5 is live on Sky Sports Arena on Saturday September 23 - the new format is discussed in the video at the top of this page.

Greenway said: "You can shoot outside the circle, there's more players on a team so it's fast with flair. The event will be completely different - a party atmosphere with loads of music, lights and entertainment.

Tamsin Greenway is expecting 'sin bins galore'

"The regular netball fan gets to see all the regular teams with import players, and a fan that hasn't seen it before gets to see an impact game like T20 cricket."

Austin explained the 'Power Play' rule: "It means that in each game, which is 12 minutes long, each teams gets to pick two minutes (they can't be picked at the same time). During the 'Power Play' each goal scored counts for double."

Tickets for the British Fast5 All-Stars Championship are available now from www.theo2.co.uk and start from just £20 with group tickets available priced from £60 for four adults. VIP Courtside tickets are available for £150 from www.fast5allstars.com.

Catch the action from the Fast5 All-Stars Championship, live Sky Sports, from 4.30pm on Saturday, September 23.
