Roger Varian considers Coronation Cup for Postponed after Dubai win

Roger Varian has nominated the Investec Coronation Cup at Epsom as the next likely port of call for his high-class recruit Postponed.
Having been sent to Varian from Luca Cumani in slightly controversial circumstances, the Newmarket handler has guided last season's King George hero to two wins in Dubai.
There was no arguing with the way he won the Sheema Classic at Meydan, either, proving he will be tough to beat over middle distances this season.
"There is a bit of pressure when you take over a horse like him, but he's won two races in Dubai for us already, including a Sheema Classic," said Varian.
"You can only train them as you find them but obviously Luca had done an extremely good job with him.
"He's come home from Dubai in great shape, all mine did.
"It's likely his next race will be in the Coronation Cup at Epsom, all being well."
