Andrew Balding is keen to explore more opportunities abroad with Blond Me after earmarking next month's Premio Lydia Tesio at Cappenellle in Italy as a potential target.

The Kingsclere handler is leaning towards making Group One mile-and-a-quarter prize the next aim for the four-year-old following her latest success in the Topkapi Trophy at Veliefendi in Turkey.

Victory in the Group Two contest was a second this season for the daughter of Tamayuz who also hit the target in a mile Listed event at Goodwood on her seasonal bow in April.

Balding said: "I am delighted for the owners. It was a nice performance and she deserved a Group win.

"We will carry on for the year. There is a Group One fillies' race in Italy in October which she might go for. As for next year, she might stay in training."

Balding confirmed Stewards' Cup winner Dancing Star, who holds an entry in the Qipco Champions Sprint at Ascot on October 15, will not be seen out again this season after finishing down the field in the Sprint Cup at Haydock.

He added: "Dancing Star is finished for the year now. Franny Norton just felt she didn't pick up on the ground. I thought she would have handled it.
