Honeysuckle Lil and Rachel Richardson came out on top in the £20,000 feature at Hamilton Park on Saturday.
The combination, sent off at 9/1, beat Courier by a length and a quarter in the totequadpot/EBF Stallions Flower Of Scotland Fillies' Handicap with the 2/1 favourite Dutch Destiny back in third.
Richardson said: "She loved the ground and travelled really well for me. She was in front earlier than ideal but she's hung on in the end to deservedly win a nice prize.
"She's lovely and I've won on her once every season for three years now.
"It's been a good day for my boss, Tim Easterby, who has also had a winner at Chester and a couple at Ripon, so it's good to add to the total."
The first two races were also landed by a couple of the better-known female apprentices as Shirley Teasdale took the opener for Keith Dalgleish on Reckless Serenade while Natalie Hambling was successful on top-weight Royal Connoisseur in the six-furlong handicap.
