David Menuisier's double Rowley Cup raid

In-form trainer David Menuisier plans to run two in next Friday's Godolphin Flying Star Old Rowley Cup at Newmarket.
With £140,000 on offer, the Frenchman has no qualms about running both Saunter and Kaatskill Nap given how comfortably they both won last time out.
The pair have been hit hard by the handicapper with 9lb rises but appear to be still on the upgrade, with Saunter winning both his starts in Britain in impressive fashion.
"The plan is to run Saunter at Newmarket next Friday in the Old Rowley Cup," said Menuisier, who is based at Pulborough in West Sussex.
"It will be a step up in trip and sometimes that is a stupid thing to do, but he was very impressive last time.
"I also plan to run Kaatskill Nap in the same race. Hopefully I'll go there with a strong hand as it's worth a lot of money.
"Both of them went up 9lb for winning their last races and you wonder how much more improvement they have left, but they've earned the right to run."
