Several European challengers on this year's Breeders' Cup visited the training and turf courses on Tuesday morning ahead of the arrival of their connections.

The Henry Candy-trained Limato went out in distinctive green bandages under his main work rider Amy Scott.

The Breeders' Cup Mile hope looked particularly calm and settled and was welcomed afterwards by his big-race jockey Harry Bentley, who arrived with his father, John, but did not partner the gelding in his morning exercise.

Sir Michael Stoute will be trackside on Wednesday to supervise his two runners Ulysses and Queen's Trust.

This pair went on to the turf course straight after Limato, who worked on the dirt, with Kevin Bradshaw partnering Ulysses, the stable's Breeders' Cup Turf challenger.

The master of Freemason Lodge has saddled four previous winners of the mile-and-a-half contest and his latest representative was quite keyed up before his half-mile breeze, after which Bradshaw said: "Both our horses have travelled over well and will do a bit more after the boss gets in."

Hugo Palmer was on hand to supervise his Breeders' Cup Turf Sprint contender Home Of The Brave.

The four-year-old was dwarfed by the majority of the American horses in attendance, but nevertheless pleased his trainer in some light work.
