Carlisle Sunday card frozen off

The jumps meeting at Carlisle on Sunday has been abandoned as the chase course if frozen in places.

Course officials announced the decision to draw stumps following a 2pm inspection on Saturday.

And with overnight temperatures having dipped to minus 5C, the situation was deemed untenable.
