Ben Pauling to run Jaleo in Lanzarote Hurdle at Kempton

Ben Pauling intends to step Jaleo back up in class for a tilt at the 32Red Lanzarote Hurdle at Kempton.
The four-year-old made his seasonal return, and first start for the Bourton-on-the-Water handler since joining from John Ferguson, a winning one at Lingfield earlier this month.
Plans are now in place to target the son of New Approach to run in the Grade Three event on January 14.
Pauling said: "Jaleo goes for the Lanzarote. I didn't know much about him before he arrived.
"I thought he looked strong and much more a National Hunt type than a Flat type.
"He jumped brilliantly and travelled very well at Lingfield. I liked the way he picked up in the mud.
"I am very happy with him and I look forward to taking the next stage with him."
