The start of the a new year brings the promise of another exciting Super League season on Sky Sports, but how well do you remember what happened in 2017?
We certainly had a busy year in the rugby league calendar that kicked off way back in February with the start of the Super League season and ended with a superb World Cup down in Australia.
In 2017 we witnessed an unbelievable comeback from Leeds who bounced back from a terrible 2016 campaign to beat Castleford in the Super League Grand Final.
The Tigers were the team to beat during the regular season and with Zac Hardaker and Man of Steel Luke Gale, won their first ever League Leaders' Shield. However, the Grand Final was a step too far for them as Danny McGuire led Leeds to another title in his final game.
It was a year that saw Hull FC defend their Challenge Cup title, Melbourne Storm win the NRL, Queensland win State of Origin and Australia win the men's and women's World Cup!
