Super League sides Warrington, Widnes, Hull KR and Catalans Dragons are among those through to the sixth round of the Challenge Cup.

Warrington eased into the sixth round of the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup with a 54-6 10-try rout of League One Bradford Bulls at the Halliwell Jones stadium.

Winger Josh Charnley crossed for four tries to help him pass 1,000 career points and centre Bryson Goodwin finished with a personal tally of 20 points as he claimed a hat-trick of tries and kicked four goals.

Ben Currie also crossed twice before being forced from the field with a knee injury, while captain Chris Hill claimed a try and Stefan Ratchford added three goals as the Wolves stretched their unbeaten run to seven games.

Bradford were rewarded for their efforts with a late try and conversion from stand off Joe Keyes much to the delight of their large and vociferous travelling support.

Widnes rewrote the record books as they hammered minnows Coventry Bears 90-0 in the Challenge Cup fifth round to record their biggest ever victory.

Denis Betts' side were in control from the first minute to the last, running in 17 tries, to surpass the 88-0 scoreline they racked up against Saddleworth Rangers in 2009.

Danny Craven scored four tries while Rhys Hanbury and Patrick Ah Van touched down for trebles as Tom Gilmore kicked 11 conversions.

On Sunday, Adam Quinlan scored a hat-trick as Hull KR eased to a 32-0 Challenge Cup victory over Oldham to avenge their embarrassing defeat at the same stage two years ago.

The Australian full-back's treble came as part of the Super League outfit's six-try win over their outclassed League One hosts.

Rovers have won only three of their first 11 games since returning to the top flight through last season's Qualifier 8s.

But even without talisman Danny McGuire, who was rested, and the injured Shaun Lunt, Tim Sheens' side was too quick and powerful for Scott Naylor's part-timers.

York's part-time boss James Ford was the happier of the two coaches after his side gave Super League club Catalans Dragons a scare in the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup.

The French club needed late tries from Jodie Broughton and Greg Bird to finally see off the spirited League 1 team and secure their place in Wednesday's sixth-round draw with a 34-22 victory at Bootham Crescent.

The Dragons are bottom of Super League with just two wins from their first 11 games and coach Steve McNamara has admitted confidence remains low.

After going 10-0 behind courtesy of tries from Fouad Yaha and Jason Baitieri, York struck back to level thanks to two tries in seven minutes from substitute forward Joe Porter, whose impressive solo efforts brought the 3,081 crowd to its feet.

Tries either side of half-time from Mickael Simon and Lucas Albert put the Catalans back in the driving seat but still the Knights fought back and Kieren Moss' 52nd-minute try kept them in contention until the visitors' late onslaught.

Elsewhere on Sunday, there were victories for Featherstone Rovers at Doncaster RLFC, Leigh Centurions over the London Broncos, Toronto Wolfpack over Barrow, and Whitehaven RLFC against Rochdale Hornets.
