London Broncos have completed the signing of United States international Mark Offerdahl, subject to a successful visa application.
The 27-year-old prop, who helped the Tomahawks reach the quarter-finals of the 2013 World Cup, has penned a two-year deal and joins from Queensland Cup side Tweed Heads Seagulls.
Offerdahl has previously spent time with French side Carcassonne and North Wales Crusaders and signed a one-year deal with Bradford Bulls at the end of last season, but the move fell through because of injury.
"I'm very pleased to be joining the Broncos," he said. "It's a club I've been wanting to sign with for a while now. I can't wait to get there and start training.
"The Broncos are a full-time team who want to be back in the Super League and I want to be a part of that. I've played in a few different countries but never lived in London which is a very appealing city to live in."
Broncos coach Andrew Henderson added: "I'm really excited to be bringing Mark to the club. He predominately plays prop but can play on an edge as well so gives us some versatility. I like his style of play as he can play with the ball as well as doing the tough stuff."
