Super League leaders Hull FC have signed Huddersfield utility back Jake Connor on a two-year contract.
The 21-year-old has made 44 appearances for the Giants since joining them in 2013, scoring 20 tries in that time.
"Jake is a very talented, young English player that I'm really excited about joining us next season," said Hull head coach Lee Radford.
"Having spoken to him, I know he is really looking forward to lining up with one or two of his new team-mates and helping us continue our development as a club moving forward.
"He is comfortable in the outside backs and gives us some quality options as cover in the halves and at full-back."
Connor becomes Hull's second signing for 2017 after centre Josh Griffin secured a move from Salford.
Competition for places will be fierce at the Black and Whites next year and Radford expects a motivated Connor to put his name in the frame each week.
"He'll move into a new environment having to fight every week to hold a spot in our 17-man squad and he is relishing that challenge from next season," added Radford.
"I have no doubt whatsoever that he has the skill set and physical capabilities to achieve anything he wants within our side and push his career to the next level.
"I'm looking forward to seeing him display that drive and hunger that is also needed for this to come to fruition."
