Tom Briscoe says Leeds have their sights set on repeating their treble-winning feat of 2015.

The Rhinos became only the third club in the Super League era - after Bradford and St Helens - to lift all three major trophies in one season after following up their Challenge Cup triumph by taking out the League Leaders' Shield and then winning the Grand Final.

Briscoe, who scored a record five tries in his team's 50-0 rout of Hull KR at Wembley to win the Lance Todd Trophy, said: "Obviously it's a tough thing to do and there's only been two other teams to do it in the Super League era.

"The way it is set up, with the final and then going into the play-offs, it makes it a long season but that's the carrot in front of us. We've proved it can be done and we're definitely aiming to achieve that again."

Briscoe returned to Wembley on Thursday for the first time since his man-of-the-match performance to make the draw - along with Lizzie Jones, widow of the late Welsh international Danny Jones - for the first round of the 2016 Challenge Cup featuring 36 representatives of the community game, including the Armed Forces and the Police.

The Rugby Football League were left with red faces after the draw, which was made in the Wembley dressing rooms, when one of the clubs was drawn out twice.

East Leeds were initially paired with both Pilkington Recs and Oulton before the mistake was spotted, with Stanningley handed the tie with Pilkington Recs.

"It was an unfortunate glitch but a corrected draw went out within minutes," said an RFL spokesman.

Wigan have been made the early favourites with the sponsors. Ladbrokes have them at 10-3, with Leeds rated at 7-2 with Sky Bet to complete a hat-trick of Wembley wins.

The semi-professional clubs of the Kingstone Press Championship will enter the competition at the fourth-round stage on the weekend of March 19, with the bottom four Super League clubs joining in the fifth round in April.
