Great Britain's Jordanne Whiley and Japan's Yui Kamiji secured a comfortable victory over Jiske Griffioen and Aniek van Koot to be crowned Wimbledon champions in the women's wheelchair doubles.

They beat the Dutch second seeds 6-2 6-2 in a repeat of the last three women's wheelchair doubles finals.

Top-seeded Whiley and Kamiji are now eight-time Grand Slam doubles champions, having won two Australian Opens, two Roland Garros titles, one at the US Open and now three at Wimbledon.

Whiley also played in the semi-finals of the women's wheelchair singles, where she lost out to Van Koot.

Team-mates Van Koot and Griffioen played on Saturday in the women's wheelchair singles final, but on opposite sides of the net, with Griffioen taking the title.
