Australian tennis player Bernard Tomic has been arrested after an incident at a Miami Beach hotel.
The 22-year-old allegedly refused to turn down loud music in his suite at the W South Beach Hotel.
Miami Beach police say officers responded after Tomic failed to comply with requests from hotel security to lower the volume.
The security personnel and police officers then told the tennis player he was being evicted, but he refused to leave.
He stayed in the suite after being warned he was trespassing and was then arrested on misdemeanour charges of resisting arrest without violence and trespassing.
Tomic has endured a strained relationship with Tennis Australia recently. He accused officials of lacking respect for him following his third-round exit at Wimbledon to eventual winner Novak Djokovic.
He was subsequently dropped from their Davis Cup squad ahead of a home quarter-final against Kazakhstan.
