With six-time US Open champion Serena Williams absent as she awaits the birth of her first child, the women's tournament is down to it's final two after Stephens accounted for two-time champion Venus Williams..

She is joined by Keys who made short work of Coco Vandeweghe to reach Saturday's showpiece and the pair will now battle it out for their first Grand Slam title
