WWE star Chris Jericho has given Darren Randolph advice on how to perfect his Walls of Jericho submission - after the West Ham goalkeeper performed it on Michail Antonio in training!

West Ham's Twitter feed captured footage of Randolph catching his team-mate in the move, with the post also asking WWE executive Triple H - a confirmed Hammers fan - what he thought of their stopper's skills.

Triple H is yet to respond but Jericho did tell Randolph - who went on to lock in a Coquina Clutch submission, similar to that of Raw wrestler Samoa Joe - how to improve his technique!

Jericho's use of the Walls of Jericho has helped him win six world titles in WWE, as well as become a record nine-time Intercontinental Champion.
