Goldberg decimated Brock Lesnar within two minutes as he made a stunning return to the WWE ring at Survivor Series.

The WCW legend blasted Lesnar, who had been pinned or submitted just three times since re-joining WWE in 2012, with two spears and a jackhammer to win the pair's WrestleMania XX rematch in Toronto on Sunday night.

Lesnar lifted the 49-year-old into corner right at the start of the bout but had no answer to a rampant Goldberg, who was competing in his first WWE contest in over 12 years.

The WCW legend's victory over Lesnar backed up his 'Mania triumph against The Beast in 2004 and made him just the second man, after John Cena, to beat the Anomaly in two pay-per-view singles matches.

Goldberg soaked up the atmosphere in the ring with his son following his startling success, as the crowd in the Air Canada Center went wild and Lesnar's advocate, Paul Heyman, struggled to comprehend what had happened.

REST OF THE CARD

The fans in Toronto had been treated to a stellar five-on-five elimination match before the main event as Team Smackdown (Bray Wyatt, Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose, AJ Styles and Shane McMahon) defeated Team Raw (Kevin Owens, Chris Jericho, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman)

Wyatt pinned Reigns following a Sister Abigail to win the contest for the blue brand after his newest ally, Orton, had taken a spear on The Eater of World's behalf.

Chaos reigned throughout the star-filled encounter, including when Strowman was dismissed via count-out after having his leg yanked by Smackdown mascot James Ellsworth.

Owens was disqualified after whacking Styles with The List of Jericho, while McMahon was hauled out of the match after being clocked with a Reigns spear mid-air as he attempted a Coast to Coast.

But perhaps the most memorable moment was when Raw's Reigns and Rollins reunited with former Shield buddy and Smackdown star Ambrose to thud Styles through the Spanish announce desk.

Smackdown tasted little success in the evening's other brand-versus-brand matches, the blue show losing the women's and tag-team elimination matches as well as the Cruiserweight Title tussle.

Charlotte and Bayley were Raw's Survivors in the female scrap - Bayley nailing Becky Lynch with the final pinfall - but there was to be no celebrations as Charlotte attacked her victorious team-mate for stealing her spotlight.

Cesaro and Sheamus also appeared far from enamoured with each other as they lastly downed The Usos to earn the red brand the spoils in the 10-on-10 tag-team elimination scuffle.

Plus, Brian Kendrick beat Kalisto to keep the Cruiserweight Title and the entire division on Monday Night Raw - but only after interference from Smackdown's Baron Corbin.

Corbin, still seething at being injured by Kalisto in Glasgow recently, clubbed Kendrick to ensure Kalisto was disqualified before planting the masked marvel with End of Days.

Smackdown did, though, keep hold of the Intercontinental Title as The Miz just about saw off a spirited challeng from Raw livewire Sami Zayn.

Zayn had trapped Miz in the Figure Four Leglock so when the bell was rung the Canadian believed he had earned the prestigious championship by submission.

Yet, the dinging has been done by Miz's wife Maryse to cause a distraction and Miz duly pounced with a roll up pin as Zayn celebrated in the ring.
