Bobby Roode and Kota Ibushi fuelled rumours they are about to sign for NXT after appearing in the crowd at Friday's TakeOver event in Dallas.

Roode is a two-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion, with his first stint with the belt of 256 days making him the longest-reigning champion in the company's history.

The Canadian also won eight TNA Tag Team Championships, six of them with James Storm as part of Beer Money, and the King of the Mountain Championship on one occasion.

Ibushi, meanwhile, has enjoyed a decorated career in his native Japan, claiming the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship thrice, while he has experience of the American scene from his spells in Ring of Honor and Philadelphia-based promotion Chikara.

Roode and Ibushi were treated to a cracking evening's entertainment in Dallas, with Shinsuke Nakamura edging Sami Zayn in his debut match in NXT and Chad Gable and Jason Jordan picking up the NXT Tag Team Titles.
