WWE has hinted a new weekly show involving the best of British talent is coming to our screens.

"Arriving in the near future, a new WWE UK Championship weekly show", confirmed WWE commentator Tom Phillips, without giving any more details.

It follows the first ever UK Championship tournament last year, which saw competitors such as Trent Seven and Pete Dunne receive international notoriety.

WWE chairman Vince McMahon had hinted a British expansion during a conference call with investors in February and it appears a new TV show is the next part of his plan.

The WWE has already announced two live dates involving UK competitors and the cruiserweight stars of 205 Live in Norwich next month.

205 Live already has two British superstars on its roster with 'Gentleman' Jack Gallagher and the cruiserweight champion Neville.
