A look at the best moves from an extreme Women's Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

There's widespread anger after the first Women's Money in the Bank Ladder match was pretty much won by a man.

Billed as a 'history making match', five women entered the ring for the chance to win a title opportunity, only for James Ellsworth to climb the ladder and hand the briefcase to Carmella.

After a high octane encounter, Becky Lynch rose to the top of the ladder and looked to be on the verge of victory, only for Ellsworth to push her off it, climb to the top and hand the contract to his ally.

Some will see this as a slap to the face of the 'Women's Evolution' in WWE over the last 18 months, which had seen the promotion of equality in sports entertainment embraced by fans.

The men's match was far less controversial but an action-packed bout eventually won by Baron Corbin.

Corbin started the match with intent, attacking Shinsuke Nakamura with a ladder and a TV camera on the ramp before the match even begun.

After carnage in the ring that saw the remaining five men go through ladder after ladder, Nakamura returned to seemingly stop Corbin from claiming the briefcase.

He initially succeeded and then blitzed the opposition with a volley of Kinshasa knee strikes before facing-off with AJ Styles.

The pair came to blows at the top the ladder but before either man could grab the briefcase, Corbin returned to take them both out and claim the victory and a WWE Championship opportunity whenever he wants.

That, however, caused a distraction for that allowed Mahal to hit his rival with the Khallas finishing move and take home the title.

Lana's in-ring, singles debut didn't go according to plan, losing her Smackdown Women's Championship match against Naomi.

Newly crowned 'Ms Money in the Bank' Carmella caused a distraction by threatening to cash-in her briefcase when Lana seemed to be on top, allowing Naomi to lock in a submission and retain her title.
