The foundations for Ronda Rousey's first storyline in WWE may be laid after she exchanged words with Nia Jax on social media.
Rousey, who will sign a contract to join the Raw women's roster at Elimination Chamber live on Sky Sports Box Office on Sunday, February 25, uploaded a picture to Instagram from her days competing in judo at the Olympic Games.
Commenting on the picture, Jax seemingly threw down a challenge to the former UFC bantamweight champion, saying: "I (sic) like to see you try this move on me", to which Rousey replied: "Principles of judo: maximum efficiency, minimum effort. Mutual welfare and benefit."
Jax is currently slated to face the women's Royal Rumble winner Asuka at Elimination Chamber, where she could earn the right to be part of the Raw title match at WrestleMania in April.
Should Rousey's involvement in Elimination Chamber move beyond just a contract signing, her first feud could begin ahead of 'Mania.
