WWE has confirmed they have released former Cruiserweight champion Rich Swann.
The company confirmed the news in a brief statement on their website which read: "Rich Swann and WWE have mutually agreed to part ways as of today, February 15, 2018.
"WWE wishes Swann the best in all of his future endeavors."
Swann was suspended "indefinitely" by WWE in December after he was arrested in Florida on charges of battery and false imprisonment.
According to Gainesville Police, Swann was arguing with his wife, who is also a wrestler. His wife - whose name is Vannarah Riggs but wrestles under the ring-name Su Yung - had wrestled earlier that day.
The charges were dropped in January due to lack of evidence.
Swann shot to fame with a series of eye-catching performances in last year's Cruiserweight Classic, losing to eventual winner TJ Perkins at the quarter-final stage.
He becomes the latest member of the 205 Live division to leave the company following the departure of Enzo Amore - who was the Cruiserweight champion at the time - at the end of January.
