Dereck Chisora will fight Carlos Takam on the undercard to Dillian Whyte's heavyweight clash with Joseph Parker, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
The pair join a stellar support cast, which already includes Kell Brook, Katie Taylor and Conor Benn, hoping to light up the O2 on July 28.
'Del Boy' returns to the scene of his epic battle with rival Whyte over 18 months ago where the 34-year-old narrowly lost via a split decision.
The Finchley favourite, who came up short when challenging for European honours in November, will hope to produce one final rally in the heavyweight ranks.
Takam fights again in the UK following his challenge to unified champion Anthony Joshua at the Principality Stadium last year.
The charismatic France-Based Cameroonian was drafted in as a late replacement but fought valiantly before being stopped in the tenth period by 'AJ'.
The 37-year-old also has history with former WBO king Parker who edged out Takam via a decision two years ago.
"I'm delighted to get another big heavyweight clash over the line for July 28 - this is a great fight," said promoter Eddie Hearn.
"For Del Boy, it's a real last chance saloon at World level and for Takam it's a chance to push for another World title shot after a string showing against AJ. July 28 is going to be a huge night of boxing at The O2."
