A 23-year-old man has been handed a fine and a three-year banning order for invading the London Stadium pitch on Wednesday.
Abdullah Aweis appeared at Thames Magistrates' Court on Friday after being charged with pitch invasion following West Ham's Carabao Cup match against Tottenham.
Five other men have been charged with various offences and are all due to appear at Thames Magistrates' Court on November 15.
Paul Willis, 28, has been charged with a racially aggravated public order offence, while Ryan O'Neill, 24, and George Cox, 24, have been charged with pitch invasion.
Alfie Holloway, 23, and Darren Marks, 40, have been charged with offences under the Public Order Act.
Two men - aged 51 and 18 - have been released under investigation, while a 16-year-old has been referred to a youth offending team.
