Glasgow Alphas players share what playing for the LGBT+ inclusive rugby club means to them and discuss the fight for equality, diversity and comfort in team sports.

Adam Harrison, who not only founded but also coaches the Glasgow Alphas, formed the club in 2015 and his passion and commitment has helped the club thrive over the last two years.

"What I did by starting the Alphas, was to create an opportunity for anybody out there that feels they 'can't' or 'shouldn't', it creates that 'I can' and 'I will'," said Harrison.

"We use the word 'inclusive' and that creates an environment that is comfortable.

"The one thing I have learned to love from it is seeing them grow (the players), and that is worth more than gold.

"The support I have gained from joining a rugby family, not a rugby team, but a rugby family, has maintained my happiness."
