LeBron James showed the way as the Miami Heat stretched their winning run to nine matches by crushing the Chicago Bulls.
James contributed 26 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists in a resounding 86-67 success.
Dwyane Wade was James' primary back-up with 17 points as the Heat suffered a fifth defeat from seven.
Miami's top-scorer was Nate Robinson, with 14, while Carlos Boozer had 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Eased past
In the evening's other match, Western Conference leaders the San Antonio Spurs eased past the Los Angeles Clippers 116-90.
The Spurs were in front from the off and never looked like surrendering their advantage.
Tony Parker was the headline act, pouring in 31 points and adding seven assists.
Matt Barnes scored 18 points in a losing cause as the Clippers saw a four-match buzz snapped.
