Tyson Fury reignited his feud on social media with Anthony Joshua by insisting he would 'slay' his rival.
Joshua was crowned as the new IBF world heavyweight champion, following a second round stoppage of Charles Martin live on Sky Sports Box Office, but Fury was not impressed with his display.
The two unbeaten Brits had a back-and-forth row in the build-up to Joshua's win, when the 26-year-old from Watford accused Fury of "hating" on his body after the WBO and WBA champion dismissed him as a "bodybuilder".
The spat shows no sign of easing as Fury took to Twitter on Saturday night and said: "So AJ gets a belt, looked slow ponderous, and still looked like a bodybuilder, let me slay the lamb."
Joshua has previously told Sky Sports News HQ that he wants to line up lucrative future fights against the likes of Tyson Fury and David Haye, but Lennox Lewis dismissed the idea of these fights at this early stage.
He tweeted on Saturday: "Its definitely not time to talk about AJ and Fury or Haye. He's coming along well but this fight was just a good opportunity to grab a belt."
Fury announced his rematch with Wladimir Klitschko will be on July 9th in the Manchester Arena and Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn said he could line up a bout for his fighter at Wembley Stadium on the same night.
Hearn told Sky Sports: "He made his debut in this arena. He won British and Commonwealth titles in this arena and now he's won the world title in this arena.
"This is only the beginning. He's got aspirations to unify all the belts. We've got a little something planned on July 9 at Wembley Stadium. He's going to go through everybody.
"This is going to be the biggest star in world boxing if he's not already. He's the real deal and he'll beat everybody."
