Jarrell Miller says he should have been included on Anthony Joshua's shortlist of opponents and is still willing to challenge the IBF champion.
Joshua will make the second defence of his IBF heavyweight title in Manchester on November 26, live on Sky Sports Box Office, and is expected to confirm the identity of his challenger next week.
Kubrat Pulev, Bermane Stiverne and mandatory challenger Joseph Parker were on an initial three-man shortlist which was revealed by promoter Eddie Hearn, but unbeaten American Miller believes he should have been considered.
The New Yorker, who is one of the IBF's top 10 contenders, halted Fred Kassi in August to claim his 16th stoppage in 18 wins, and remains keen to test his punch power against Joshua.
"Of course. I talk a lot of smack and I'm willing to back it up, that's the whole point," Miller exclusively told Sky Sports. "What is more dangerous than someone who is skilled, confident, and has a heart?
"They don't want that. They want someone to have some skill, but doesn't have any heart - that's what Anthony Joshua is."
Asked if he would face Joshua in November, Miller said: "At this point right now, yeah I think it would definitely be an option. But right now, there are a lot of things on the table that I'm working on Stateside right now.
"There's a lot more than my call right now for that fight, but of course I would fight Anthony Joshua and break his face in half.
"Hopefully we get a fight over there, something to get the British fans to talk about. Give them something to really see."
Joshua has stopped all 17 of his previous opponents, but Miller, nicknamed 'Big Baby', has little respect for the IBF champion and insists he would rip away the title in crude fashion.
"Run him over, simple," said Miller. "Run him over. Have you ever seen a bulldozer run over concrete and cement? That's me the bulldozer and he's the cement gravel. Run him over, it's that simple."
Miler has also aimed a verbal attack at David Haye, questioning why the former WBA champion has still not announced a fight with Shannon Briggs, despite accepting a verbal challenge from the ex-WBO king.
"I'm like, dude fight somebody," said Miller. "Regardless if you think that Shannon Briggs is worth the challenge, he's creating some noise, he's making excitement, and he's definitely won a couple of fights against bums like you did too.
"Why don't two past champions just fight and get it over with and then we can see who is the man from there. Shannon Briggs is definitely up for the challenge, but David Haye wants no part of that."
