Katie Taylor has shown off her blistering hand speed as she prepares to make her professional debut next month, live on Sky Sports.

The London 2012 gold medallist has signed for Matchroom Boxing and will make her first appearance in the paid ranks at The SSE Arena, Wembley in London on November 26.

Taylor used social media to offer insight into her training camp, posting a video which displays the blurring punches that brought her five world amateur titles for Ireland.

Katie Taylor to make professional boxing debut

The 30-year-old, who is a former Sky Academy Sports Scholar, unloads a succession of crisp combinations during her impressive pad work routine.

Taylor is facing a busy schedule as she is also due to fight on the undercard of Anthony Joshua's IBF heavyweight title defence in Manchester on December 10.
