Kessler inflicted a first defeat on Froch in April 2010 and has since taken his record to 45-2 ahead of a clash with Northern Irish fighter Magee for the WBA super-middleweight title in Herning next month.
The Dane congratulated IBF super-middleweight champion Froch on his third-round win over Yusaf Mack last weekend and denied comments that he was afraid to take on the Nottingham fighter for a second time.
"Don't you worry, Carl," Kessler said. "I beat you once and I will beat you again. Enjoy your belt while you have it.
"That was a good win for you, congratulations. Keep it up and I am sure we will meet again.
"Let me take care of business against Brian Magee first. Of course I am ready to fight you again, any time, any place, especially if Andre Ward is too scared to leave his backyard."
Froch said in the wake of his stoppage of Mack on Saturday night that he would love to take on Kessler or Ward on home turf, suggesting a clash with either of them at Forest's City Ground could be a 'career defining night'.
