Bellew hopes to land a world title shot against WBC champion Chad Dawson, but Chilemba is determined to upset his plans in their light-heavyweight clash at the Echo Arena, live on Sky Sports.
Chilemba has been preparing to face the Liverpudlian in a lengthy training camp and respects his opponent's reputation as a warrior.
But 'Golden Boy' believes he will prove a class above Bellew and has not ruled out the possibility of a stoppage win.
"We've been preparing for this fight for over 10 weeks now so everything is where it is supposed to be," he told the Ringside Toe 2 Toe podcast.
"He's got a heart, he's a very ambitious guy. He always comes to fight, he's a strong fighter and we're preparing for that.
"This is going to be a big fight. I'm coming up to put my heart on the line. I'm coming up to fight. I'm coming for a win, it's going to be huge.
"I'm looking forward to fighting in Liverpool in front of everybody in his hometown and put on the fight of my life.
When asked if he could halt Bellew, Chilemba said: "Listen I always come to annihilate my opponent, I always come to outbox, outclass and win the fight. I'll win the fight fair and square. If the knockout comes that will be a bonus and I'll be happy for it.
"I don't come looking for a knockout because that will put a fighter down. I come there just to put up a good show, make sure I win every round, make sure I show the world I'm the best and I'm better than my opponent in that ring on that night.
"If the knockout comes, that will be the best."
