The duo are hoping to win the season's first two Grand Tours between them and have planned out the first half of the year around that goal.
Wiggins will kick off his campaign a little over a week before Froome at the Mallorca Challenge (February 3-6), where the team have been based throughout winter training.
From there, the pair will likely join forces at the Tour of Oman (February 11-16), before linking up with team-mates at a first mid-season training camp.
Froome will then head off to tackle Tirreno-Adriatico (March 6-12), while Wiggins returns to the Volta a Catalunya (March 18-24), one of the few blemishes of his near-perfect year in 2012.
The reigning Tour de France champion will aim to add a second Grand Tour to his palmares at May's Giro, and will aim to ride the Giro del Trentino (April 16-19) in preparation - his first race in Italy since Milan-San Remo in 2011.
Froome will take advantage of further training camps before competing at the Criterium du Dauphine (June 2-9) - a race the team has won for the past two years.
Both riders will line up at the Tour (June 29 to July 21), with the aim of securing overall victory for Team Sky.
The probable race programmes, announced by Team Sky head of performance support Tim Kerrison on Thursday, are still being refined and are subject to change.
