A chaotic start to the Chinese GP.

Relive an action-packed start to the Chinese GP that saw lots of overtaking and plenty of contact at the first corner in Shanghai.

At the front pole sitter Nico Rosberg slipped behind the Red Bull of Daniel Ricciardo, while behind that the sister Red Bull car of Daniil Kvyat dived to the inside of Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen and Sebastian Vettel.

Avoiding the Russian, Vettel made contact with Raikkonen, breaking his own front wing and that of his Finnish team-mate.

Behind that there was further contact with carbon fibre  flying from a number of cars as the chaos continued. World champion Lewis Hamilton's weekend went from bad to worse as he lost his front wing, which then became lodged below the car and went for a trip through the gravel.
