York City manager Gary Mills is convinced he can get the best out of on-loan Aldershot Town winger Alex Rodman.
Th2 25-year-old has joined Minstermen for a two-month period and could make his first appearance in the home game with AFC Wimbledon at the weekend. Mills, who worked with Rodman during his days in charge of Tamworth, told the club's official website: "I've brought in Alex Rodman on loan until January to bolster the squad and give us another attacking option. "Alex is someone I've worked with in the past. I know his capabilities and when I get the best out of him, you will see a very exciting player." Rodman scored 21 goals in 83 appearances for the Lambs before joining the Shots in January 2011. He has scored eight goals in 40 appearances for the Hampshire outfit.
