Wycombe have refused to be drawn on speculation linking schoolboy sensation Jordan Ibe with a move to the Premier League.
Ibe, 15, shot to fame with a superb goal against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday in his first professional start, following a series of impressive substitute appearances. He trained with Liverpool during the summer and reports this week have suggested the Merseysiders may step up their interest, with both Manchester clubs also reportedly paying close attention to the teenager. A Wycombe spokesperson said: "We know there is a lot of speculation but, as always, in line with club policy, we will not be commenting on speculation."
