Wilson bemoans lack of luck

Danny Wilson felt that luck deserted his side during Sunday's 1-0 Steel City derby defeat at Sheffield Wednesday.

Chris O'Grady headed home the game's only goal midway through the second half, while the Blades' best chance came in the 16th minute when Lee Williamson's free-kick from the edge of the penalty area struck the underside of the crossbar and bounced down on to the goal-line. Wilson said: "These occasions are why you're in football, games you want to be involved in. The spectacle and the atmosphere certainly did get the adrenaline going. "It was very tough, as we expected it to be. It was nip and tuck all the way with very little between the two teams, who you would expect will be challenging at the top end of League One at the end of the season. "We're very disappointed, particularly for the supporters, it's a game that's all about the supporters and we understand that. "We had good chances, a couple of penalty claims and that free-kick! We possibly could have done better with a couple of the situations we created, but we didn't have the luck on our side either."
