Steven Schumacher is far from dispirited by Fleetwood's failure to secure automatic promotion from League Two.
The Cod Army have suffered the frustration of narrowly missing out on the top three by finishing fourth. However, with the upcoming play-offs representing another chance to gain promotion, Schumacher insists Fleetwood must remain focused. "It's still in our hands," he said. "We can't be too down about it. Fleetwood have never been this high up in the league come the end of a season. I don't think that's right for us to be down. "We need to be positive going into the play-offs and go in believing we can win them."
