Addicks: Fortune move unlikely

Charlton boss Phil Parkinson admits he is unlikely to offer a contract to former defender Jonathan Fortune.

The centre-half, who made 195 appearances in 11 years with the Addicks, has been training back at The Valley after being released by Sheffield United in the summer. But Charlton boss Phil Parkinson said: "We've told Jon what our position is and he is using it very much as a tool to get himself fit and ready to get a contract either here or somewhere else. "The likelihood is it might be somewhere else."
